Designhaus Collective is a Mumbai-based architecture and design studio working at the intersection of spatial design and emerging technology. We design buildings, interiors, and visual identities — and we build the tools that make that work sharper.

Five disciplines, one integrated practice — each project draws on whichever mix it needs.
We design thoughtful spaces from the ground up, balancing context, function, and architectural character. From concept to construction, every detail is considered.
Interiors shaped through material, proportion, light, and detail. We create considered environments that feel cohesive, tactile, and distinctly their own.
We turn design intent into compelling visual experiences. Precise, atmospheric imagery built from real design information—not generic stock assets.
We build identities that extend beyond the logo into a cohesive visual language. Thoughtful systems designed for studios, spaces, and brands with a connection to the built world.
We build AI tools around the way design practices actually work — starting with our own. From intelligent workflows to digital products, everything we build is used at Designhaus first.
Founder-led, working closely on every project from first sketch to final render.

Ashish Khanolkar is an architect and the founder of Designhaus Collective. He works across architecture, interiors, visualization, and AI — and spends equal time designing spaces and building the systems that run this studio. Based in Mumbai.
